  • Generated Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the video content generated by the Service ("Output"). You are free to publish, broadcast, and monetize this Output on platforms like YouTube.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your Content and the Generated Output do not violate any laws or third-party rights (including copyright and rights of publicity).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
  • Defamatory, obscene, or pornographic.
  • Intended to harass, impersonate, or deceive others (including deepfakes used for malicious purposes).
  • Infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these usage policies.

4. AI Limitations

The Service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that AI systems may occasionally produce incorrect, inaccurate, or offensive results ("Hallucinations"). You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all Output before public use.

5. Subscriptions and Refunds

Service is billed on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutoYT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
